Caretaker/Manager

Highway Caravan Park is not on a highway. It is within the town center, within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, clubs, banks, and the post office. The property is about 1 acre of land with a few self-contained cabins and a number of on-site vans. Our guests are predominantly seasonal professionals coming to work in the Great Hunter Area. As such, most of the rentals are on a weekly/monthly basis.

We wish to have a reliable caretaker/manager to help look after the property. The basic requirement, for the most part, is a presence for the sake of security when I am away.  Other duties include cleaning the amenities and accommodation, washing linens, and remaking beds as may be required. If you can manage the caravan park, including office work and minor maintenance, that would be an advantage.
