Short Term (2-4 weeks) Caretaker/Painter/Gardener Handy Man – Northam WA ASAP

Hi just a short-term emergency here!

*Exchange for acreage to stay on and some negotiated $ for jobs.

I have been renovating a house on 4.2 acres near Northam WA and have run out of time and had to get back to Perth to work but need to get it rented asap.

I am looking for someone to help finish paint 2 smallish rooms and finish a bathroom/kitchen (need to be a decent painter and not messy), gutters and veranda top rail that I have started. Help to co-ordinate a couple of trades for quotes, a bit of property tidy up (some things on the property are quite dodgy and need to be removed and patched up so anyone with basic carpentry skills would be very useful).

Capability to use a chainsaw, whipper snipper would be an added bonus.

There is a barn style shed (for parking up self-contained units with power and water nearby and a bathroom to use. I am in Perth and would be great to meet you first but can then meet you out there to go over on an evening after work.
